A winning Jersey Cash 5 ticket for Sunday’s drawing worth $1,245,369 was sold in Woodbridge, while a winning Powerball ticket for Saturday’s drawing worth $50,000 was sold in Bound Brook, according to the New Jersey Lottery.

The Jersey Cash 5 ticket, sold at QuickChek, 6 Egan Ave. Fords, matched all five numbers drawn. The winning numbers were 08, 09, 18, 25 and 45 and the XTRA number was: 03.

The retailer will receive a bonus check for $2,000 for the winning ticket sold.

The Powerball ticket, sold at Quick in Food Store, 115 E. Main St., Bound Brook, matched four of the five white balls and the Powerball drawn.The winning numbers were 11, 21, 27, 36 and 62. The Red Power Ball number was 24. The Multiplier number was 03.

Jersey Cash 5 lottery ticket worth $1.7M sold at liquor store

A jackpot-winning Jersey Cash 5 lottery ticket worth $1,669,143 was sold for Friday’s drawing a liquor store in Essex County.

The lucky ticket matching all five numbers was bought at Tremont Liquors on Sanford Street in East Orange, New Jersey Lottery officials said Monday.

Friday’s winning numbers were: 20, 24, 30, 31, and 45 with an XTRA number of 3.

No one hit the jackpot Saturday or Sunday, pushing Monday’s top prize to an estimated $264,000. Friday’s jackpot climbed to nearly $1.7 million after eight daily drawings were held without a top prize winner.

The odds of a $1 ticket matching all five numbers are 1,221,759 to 1.

Lottery headquarters remain closed to the public during the coronavirus pandemic. Prizes of $599.50 or less can be redeemed at lottery retailers. Prizes of $600 or more must be redeemed by New Jersey Lottery Claim Form.
